The hotel was very clean. We stayed for two nights, never had our room cleaned, which, in itself, wasn’t a big deal except our coffee wasn’t replenished. Also, had requested a wake up call to be up for a very important family event, and the call came 45 minutes late. I realize these are first world problems, but since you asked. Hotel was great, breakfast was good, and workers were sweet. Only downfall was that the pool was very cold, to the point where the kids were shivering almost un-swimmable.

The drive in was bad unless you were coming from the north, however, we came in from the south and had to drive over 4 sleeping policemen in order to get to the hotel. The coffee pot was broken so I had to go to the bistro and get coffee, the banana that I got for my wife was rotten on the inside.We have a handicap sticker and it was great until Saturday nite, when we came back from our party, there was a band playing, the parking lot was full and someone, without a sticker was parked in the handicapped parking!

Quick trip for family event

Was up for a family event. Staff were so nice, our only complaint was the ac went out one night but the staff fixed it immediately. Would definitely stay again.
