I have stayed here before…however this time I was down at the end abd right by a stair case….so noisy. Also my room smelt musty and the toilet was plugged and a tampon floating in it…. So not a great start. No one answered the phone. I tried calling the front desk and housekeeping so I had to put my clothes on and go down to the front desk so they could get maintenance to take care of that. Also was looking forward to having a nice bath and the tiles around the bath are all black with mould so that didn’t happen and the carpet in my room looks like it’s been in there since 1976 it is dirty and rippled … the shuttle bus had a dead battery so the shuttle wasn’t working and the breakfast was warm at best. They need to do some maintenance on this building as it is very old and outdated overall I do not think it was worth the money

Updated and clean. Staff was super friendly.

The facility was loud all hours of the night. The air conditioner/heater was inconsistent and SO LOUD. We’d go from sweating to ok but awake because of how loud it was and how strong it blew the cold air until it shut off, then sweating again before it turned back on. People were loud, yelling and laughing and stomping until well after 1am. The floor in our room was disgustingly dirty. Took a shower in the bathroom with no vent (makes it really hard to get dry!) and walked into room to finish getting dressed to find the bottom of feet almost black from dirt. We had a room next to pool and had to open curtain for decent light and had someone walk up and try to peer into our room through the window. Beds extremely uncomfortable.

Floor tiles in room was not very clean

Not the best stay at a hotel. Not the worst. The WiFi is terrible here if you run a business and rely on internet then this is not the place for you. You barely can load a web page. It’s not good. My second night here the fire alarm went off at 10:30 pm. With no explanation. It was very stressful to be awoke by that and not receive an explanation. I was removing my items to leave and at 8:40am I was locked out of my room before I had gotten everything out. More than 2hrs before the 11am checkout time. Just seemed pushy and rude. The lady did help me get my key working again. The room was clean however. The gals and stairways were not clean.
