The room was beautiful. However, shower leaked (enough to bother during the night), room phone did not work and air conditioner was very loud and difficult to keep stabilized temperature wise. Otherwise, the hotel is amazing! The room service was fast and the food delicious!!

Great location right next to Rittenhouse Square with lots of options for dining and shopping. They have parking garages right next door to the hotel though it’s very expensive.
Breakfast was excellent and sumptuous. The cleaning could have been better. It was very dusty especially the furniture inside the room. But overall the beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious.
