Tucked into a quiet neighborhood on a tree-lined street, this pristine three-bedroom home lies on the southern edge of Kokomo. This classic ranch-style home has plenty of parking and a large, fenced-in yard that families and pets will love.  
  
The three bedrooms offer plenty of space for families or traveling professionals. Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and local hospitals.  
The space  
The home has recently been updated with a clean, modern design and lots of homey details. If you’re relocating, this is the perfect home-between-home space for you in Kokomo. The front facade has charming brick detail and a small front porch with Adirondack chairs for relaxing in the warmer months.  
  
In the living room, an overstuffed leather sofa and comfy armchair face the mounted flatscreen television. The wood floors have a chic gray-wash finish, and the modern artwork and lighting add a sleek style. Thoughtful hooks by the door are perfect for hanging coats and bags.  
  
Down a short hallway lies the kitchen and dining area. Crisp white cabinets and white appliances are offset by a gleaming gray tile backsplash. A large island adds plenty of workspaces. There’s tons of room here and everything you need to prepare breakfast and coffee, fix an afternoon snack or cook a Sunday dinner for the whole family.  
  
The farmhouse-style dining table has seating for six and comfy, upholstered dining chairs. Around the corner is the convenient laundry room. Outside is a spacious fenced-in yard!

Three bedrooms each have plenty of privacy and storage space. The first bedroom has a twin-size bed and a large dresser. The second bedroom has a full-size bed, dresser, side table, and curtains that keep the room dark and cozy.  
  
The third bedroom also has a queen-size bed set against an upholstered headboard. This room also has a dresser, side table, and room-darkening curtains. The full bathroom has a tub/shower combo and is accessible from the hallway.  
Other things to note  
Indian Heights is located on the southern edge of Kokomo. Built to provide a safe and quiet area for families, this idyllic community features gently curved lanes, lots of mature trees, and wide, manicured sidewalks. The neighborhood is great for strolling, jogging, or walking the dog.  
  
Indian Heights is located in the center of just about everything— 10 minutes south of downtown Kokomo, 30 minutes from Carmel and Fairmount, and about an hour east of Purdue University. You’ll be close to lots of local dining and shopping options, too. Plus you’ll have the peace of mind of a serene, friendly Kokomo community right outside your door.
