"The elevator did not work, the ice machine did not work, one of the two keys to the room did not work and the tv remote was low on battery. I likely would have left this to myself but a neighbor was up to 3:00 am and then back up at 7:00 am making noise in front of our room and playing the piano at 7:45 am keeping us awake. The place is in a great area and the parking lot was very helpful."

"Very nice hotel. The staff is really helpful and welcoming. The hotel is centrall located which makes walking to downtown venues very easy. We enjoy this hotel."
