"This home and property is Beautiful and peaceful. My 83 yr old father and i booked it as it is near family we flew in to visit. WOW! Granddaughter loved the loft but I Would have stayed in that king sized bed forever! It was like sleeping on a cloud of comfort for my tired body! The house had everything we wanted or needed and we were able to relax and celebrate a few birthday on the deck and fireside. Be prepared for the stairs... other than that ENJOY!"

"This house was perfect for our 3 night stay in Laurel. It is just a tad too far for walking distance to downtown Laurel, but only a 5-6 minute drive and parking was never a problem downtown. Once we parked, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go downtown. There are lots of shops and restaurants. Don't forget to go by Laurel's museum Lauren Rogers Museum of Art. "The property and house were very nice. I forwarded the question to Myra who was my partner for the visit. She will give a woman's point of view. The house was well laid out, easy to get around, good kitchen and bathrooms. The TV area was very comfortable, but there was not one business channel I could find in all those channels. But, what the heck we were on vacation. It was nice for you to set up an area to use your lap top in the laundry room, But, alas it appears to be not so good for use...

The host has thought of so many extra touches, even a Green Egg grill… which we used to grill steaks and eat in one night while admiring the pond and scenery. He even left my husband some fishing worms and fishing poles. If you choose this cottage, you should not be disappointed."
