"Comfortable bed, cozy living room, easy check-in, simple control TV remote for the technology challenged senior (lol), beautiful sunset view, large primary bed and bathrooms.A previous guest commented that only a Keurig coffee maker was provided, so I brought my own…would be nice if a regular sized one would have been provided. A lovely home, and we’ll visit again when daylight savings time returns, and we can enjoy the sunsets and swans for an additional evening hour."

Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. You can really tell they take pride in keeping the place clean and well-maintained. "We were in town visiting family and this VRBO was great! The home was easy to find, check-in was a breeze and the listing was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, and the property was clean. We had a handwritten personal note and some chocolates from the host upon arrival, which was a nice touch. This property has plenty of extras too — “in case you forgot” boxes, stocked household items (dish soap, paper towels, laundry soap, etc.), games, pool floats, kayaks, life vests, and much more! We had an issue at the house with a circuit breaker getting tripped. The host answered my text immediately and helped us fix the problem. There are no crazy rules or any cumbersome requirements for check-out. We would 100% stay here again if we were in the area. "

"We absolutely loved the house. It is very modern and comfortable. If you like lighting the house has plenty of high hats with bright bulbs. The house is very clean and well supplied. Communication with Moe is on point. He was available to and answered each time I had a question or comment. This house is in a prime location on the main strip. There is plenty of on site parking in the back yard. This was my first time visiting Colonial Beach and I will return with my family, I hope this home is available for when I return. If you get the chance to visit Colonial Beach this home is a great place to lay your head. Thank you Moe for a wonderful weekend getaway home."
