"Cottage is much nicer than advertised, lake view is relaxing. We had center unit of 3, and hardly noticed other renters. Advertised picture is back of cottage, well equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable, quiet a c unit, pet friendly, we saw a small alligator in the lake while we sat on the dock bench (about 3 ft),and had frogs visit the porch in the morning. Will most likely stay here again in the future. Thanks "

"We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful lake house on Deer Point Lake. The home was spotless, well-equipped with all the essentials, and had plenty of parking. We especially enjoyed using the kayaks and relaxing by the water. Highly recommend for a peaceful and comfortable getaway!"

"Our trip was great. We stayed there in June. We traveled with my disabled brother-in-law who is a quadriplegic with our dog for a family reunion in the area. The ramp to the front porch was very handy and worked out great with him. The cottage was very clean and very nicely furnished. Very quiet community. Very close to the river with a boat ramp just four lots down. Kitchen was adequately supplied for our needs. The Host was very easy to work with and was quickly available if we needed...
