There was a problem with city drains so the parking lot was flooded a couple nights, which caused a lot of dirt to be tracked into the unit, but this wasn't a problem with the rental. “Overall we would recommend this place. Its a cute vintage studio. Its tough to find a place that allows our three big dogs so this was a wonderful find. In the summer this would be a perfect little beach getaway. I do wish I had known this was an upstairs studio. Its only a consideration because our smallest big dog tends to go up and down like a wrecking ball and we'd rather not disturb others. “We stayed in Knot One and it was the perfect location and size for us. We brought our dog and his only issue was that the stairs were very dark at night and he had difficulty getting down to potty. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant across the ICW (reserve the prime rib!!!) and even had live music. We came by boat and reserved a slip with the Coinjock Marina. Our slip was right next to our room. We have already started planning our next trip to Coinjock! ”
