The house was cleaned well with the exception of the carpets. Everything else was good. The owner was very responsive to a few minor maintenance issues. ”

“We had a lovely time- house is clean and spacious, just as described. Host was also very accommodating with early arrival/late check out (of course, we got lucky that it was possible!) Neighborhood is very nice, quiet, and only a 5 minute drive from downtown/the convention center. Would recommend to friends and family!”

“What a spectacular rental!! The house was just as described. It was very clean. The bedrooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were spa like. The main floor was large enough to accommodate our large group and it was easy to host Thanksgiving dinner there (so that says something). The elevator and hot tub were extra bonuses. The location was fantastic. It was close to just about everything. David met us when we first arrived and explained the workings...

“The place was cute and perfect for our stay with two couples but could have easily worked for 3 couples or a family. The house had all we needed, was in a convenient location and was warmly decorated.”

“The location was nice as it was on the edge of downtown so it was easy to get too. I don’t think I’ll need to do any leg workouts for a while though; the going up and down the stairs were a lot. Sitting in the hot tub and looking at the star’s was one of the best parts. Definitely will keep this place in mind for my next trip to Denver.”
