"Great property & very clean. Communication was great & expectations were clear. Location was perfect for my immediate family!"

"Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions."

"Great location and clean condo! We loved the Swamp Rabbit Cafe for breakfast and walking on the swanp rabbit trail, all super close to easily walk to. "
