“Great place to stay. Easy check in. We were able to bring our dogs with us which was a highlight for us. Cute and cozy place. The only thing we would report is the step into the bathroom. There is a hazard strip on it to alert you going into the bathroom, but nothing to remind you of the step going out of the bathroom. Great location. Only minutes from downtown and great food”

“We stayed here on a trip for the Knoxville Nationals. Went to the John Wayne Museum, seen the bridges. The house is a nice house, met many locals at the pharmacy-resturaunt in the square downtown, very friendly, ate at several other local spots, all good service and food. The area is quiet and the house in great shape, clean, had plenty of towels and comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend if you need a place in this area. ”

“The neighborhood is actually really great and everything about the cottage was as advertised. Our only issue with the LOCATION is that it was advertised as a ‘13 minute walk to Drake University”. It definitely is not 13 minutes; closer to 30. We were hoping to leave our vehicle parked for the weekend, but due to the weather (90s in October!) and the 30 minute walk, we ended up driving both days. Not a huge deal, and overall we really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for this busy mom and dad……
