“Everything was great here and a great value for my team to stay at during our conference. However, there were a few things that I had questions about regarding an issue with the fans that were in the unit that were not working. When I reached out to the host for help on the issue, I never got a reply. This was the only complaint that I had and it didn't completely negatively impact our stay. It was more of just an annoyance. Otherwise, everything else was great!”

“We stayed in a studio room with one bed, a pull-out couch, and a jetted tub, which was perfect for our family of four. The kids absolutely loved the jetted tub, and the room was just as described and very clean overall. The only minor issue was finding a little hair in the tub, but it was not a deal breaker by any means.The area was mostly quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. Check-in was a breeze, and the front desk associate was very attentive to our needs. I barely had to ask for anything...
