“Kevin was very friendly, kindly assisting us with check-in (even when we even gave limited notice about our arrival time!) and giving us a tour of the garden and his property grounds. While he lives upstairs, he was entirely non-intrusive during our stay. A really beautiful property in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The rental unit had everything we needed, was very clean, and offered a fun little escape into a DJ dream respite.”

“Great stop for the night. Loval to the Rinbeck show. Easy to get to.”

“This house was beautiful. Very clean. The kids had a blast and even went fishing on the lake. We roasted marshmallows and relaxed in the hot tub. Adele was easy to reach and very kind when we had any questions. I would definitely recommend the home to family and friends. We will return on another vacation.”

“Great, easy, full of everything you’d need. Stayed with 2 others for a work trip and it was perfect! ”

“Fantastic cottage and so close to Woodstock!”

Wonderful details like yoga matts and rollers for those who need to roll sore muscles. Kitchens were properly stocked. Location close to supermarket and other locals businesses. Very responsive property owner. Never got to sauna which would be nice if we had prepped it in time.”

“Thank you. What an experience!”

The location was great for our plans exploring Hudson Valley and surrounding areas. Would 100% recommend. Communication throughout was perfect 👌. Thank you for a wonderful stay .”

“Property was great for our girls weekend! Eight of us fit very comfortably. Host was very responsive to all of our needs! We had a great time!”

“My girlfriends and I had a wonderful getaway and would absolutely recommend both New Paltz, NY, and Seth's home. The house was clean, cozy, and welcoming, and its location made it easy to explore everything the area has to offer.During our stay, we hiked, visited a winery, checked out a vintage festival, went swimming at a lake in Kingston, and spent time exploring Woodstock. Back at the house, we enjoyed relaxing with coffee on the lower deck, took advantage of the kayaks, grilled dinner, and……
