I stayed on a Thursday night, when I reviewed my credit card account I noticed they had charged my card twice for that one night back to back. I called the hotel early Monday morning to let them know. The lady stated they were having problems with their credit card machine and wasn’t sure it the payment went thru or not so she reran my card! Rather than wait and verify if it had processed she just reran the card and then she advised me that once she can confirm my card was charged twice she would refund my account! Unbelievable, it took an additional two days get the refund! I feel that had I not found the duplicate payment that they CERTAINLY would not have. Be very careful when you stay here and watch your account closely. I still can’t believe how they handled the situation from beginning to end.
