### rustic friendly and cosy house in corfu

We are welcoming u to our fully equipped 2 bedroom appartment with spacious living room and Kithcen area , nice big and sunny verandas. Renovated in 2018 with all new furnitures .The appartment will be handed over to u clean with an extra change of sheets and towels   
Very quiet area 4 klm from Corfu Town 2 klm from Achillion Palace 2,5 klm from Agios Gordios beach 2 klm from airport .Very close to us u can find Bus Station 24hr Mini Market ,Bakery ,gas station , farmacie and a medical clinic  
The flat is repainted and fully equipped to a high standart  
Bedroom 1 new Queen size bed ,side tables, reading lamps ,mirror , large fitted wardrobe  
Bedroom 2 new Two single beds side tables , reading lamps , large fitted wardrobe  
Living room 1 new 4p Sofa , a comodus armchair , a 43 flat TV , dining table , boudoir  
Kitchen fully equipped oven, kettle ,toaster, espresso machine ,coffe machine , extra microwave fridge-freezer coocking pans , 6pax plates and glasses etc  
Bathroom bathtub washing machine  
veranda equipped with a big table and chairs for dining also and the second veranda with a rocking chair  
the appartment is set in a quiet neighborhood very near to restaurants and other facilities. Famous facilities , sea and see sights are nearby  
for ur trasprtation If u choose a public transportation there is a bus stop 200 meters from the property or u can use a Taxi and the distances are 2,5 klm from airport 4 klm from corfu town 2,5 klm from the beach and max 700 meters from 24 hr Super market , Gas Station farmacie coffe makers etc Also our family involved in tourism we may be able to give u some tips or help u to rent a car or a scooter so u can visit all see sights of our big and beautiful island
