Lovely room. One night stay. Gracious staff. Fantastic fresh breakfast. Grand old palace hotel.

Excellent location location location

Beautiful hotel not far from the historic district, an easy walk to restaurants and the National Palace. Room was clean but a bit odd - we had a lovely terrace with nice seating and outdoor kitchen and shower. Shared the terrace with some peacocks. Breakfast was excellent and each evening there was wine and cheese on the hotel terrace. Area near the hotel was nicely maintained but the extensive gardens were in disrepair, presumably from the awful storms last January. Would be even better if the garden paths were open.

Great location. Clean and relatively quiet. Unfortunately, I hoped I would have an apartment with a view of the Square instead of a sex shop. Security and safety however were never an issue. The internet was flawless and communication with management great. We asked for clean towels and were provided the same day. Washer with dryer were in the bathroom. Many, many restaurants and bars near by. Flat surroundings very easy to navigate and locate. Easy access to tours, guides and wondering. A vey great and memorable trip for my wife and I.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. But the check in time was a little late in the day and the check out time is a little too early in the day. The manager was lovely.
