"The hotel is right by the train so anyone traveling by train can walk over. The parking was limited but available when we got there. The area around hotel didn’t look very safe at night due to being close to station. The breakfast was good. The room was spacious but definitely needs updating. They don’t even have a small fridge in rooms or even safe and the Furnitire and bathroom need updating. "

"What a great base when visiting Alicante. We went as part of a stag party so were sharing a triple room. They had only allocated a double and a single bed but we asked to change to 3 beds and they worked really hard to facilitate that, despite the hotel being very busy. Great staff. Lovely pool area and great value. "

"The property was great! The hotel staff were extremely accommodating. Absolutely loved our stay there. My wife came down with a cold and the farmacia was right around the corner. The staff would help me box up food to bring back to the room and the matre'd would ask me each morning how she was doing! The breakfast staff would remember the order I had from the day before. Just amazing service and sooo helpful. The property is about a 15 minute cab ride from the central market and touristy areas. We learned a lot from our cab drivers to and from the hotel. Be aware that wifi in the building can be a bit spotty so be sure to check your connections if you're on a limited mobile plan. The elevators are fast and super efficient. Can't say enough about thos property. Would stay again...or live there if they would let me 😊"

"Hotel was excellent. Rooftop bar very nice. Everything walkable if you dont mind doing loads of steps. If not no 19 bus went straight to the Old Town. Very clean, staff friendly and approachable. On the day of the half marathon breakfast opened early for the runners. On completion of marathon, the hotel gave runners free sweets, fruit and bottled water.
The sights were spectacular. Only thing restaurant choice not brilliant around the hotel "
