"We spent 4 days here, yes it’s tiny, but the location and staff make it worth it. When you step out of the hotel you are in the heart of Galway. This was amazing for my friend and I. Everything was super clean and the staff was so kind. They gave us dinner recommendations and ways to spend our days. There aren’t any elevators as a fair warning, and if you plan on having more than 1 or 2 suitcases get a bigger room. We had the smallest one."

It was very clear they were frustrated, however, it’s not their fault, it’s the fault of the management for not staffing properly. "
