Gaming wall with 4-70” Samsung TVs and mutiple gaming systems-Ps5, PS4, 2 XBOX Series S(New Model), and a Nintendo switch.
Stocked laundry room

The house is located close to 470 for easy highway access to north and south denver. About 20 minutes to Dicks Sporting Goods Park. About 15 minutes to DIA. About 10-15 minutes to Gaylord. Close to everything, but in a beautiful planned community with lakes, parks, and friendly neighbors. Close to Barr Lake which has trails and great bird watching. You can also visit Rocky Mountain Arsenal which is about 20 minutes and has buffalo and deer herds!

The reunion HOA charges for access to the recreation center, gym, and pools.
