“The location was so peaceful and the stay was everything I hoped for. There was plenty of room for two people. It was clean but the only one thing not a big issue but also needs attention. The ceiling fans need to dusted off I couldn’t have it on due to allergies and dust mites from the build up on them. Other than that it was very clean, the beds were comfortable and plenty of towels and everything you need for a short trip away from home. Def will be coming back. ”

“Our stay was just what we hoped it would be. We enjoyed just relaxing as we watched the deer and turkeys come eat the corn we put out for them. We kayaked the Santa Fe river from behind the home to the mouth of the ichetucknee river and swam in the crystal clear spring waters. The cottage is located where you can easily access either the Santa Fe, Ichetucknee, or Suwannee rivers. We will definitely be returning.”

“Awesome property; close to everything and still private. I booked this property for a weekend stay; traveling with 2 adults, 2 children (tweens) and our 2 dogs. The kids and dogs had an absolute blast playing in the spring-fed lake. The cabin was super clean and comfortable. The property itself was beautiful-trees all around, nice yard, very private and, of course has a great view of the lake from the porch. “This was 1 of our best vacations. Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We loved their dogs. River and Cash would come visit. RV was beautiful and had plenty of space. Clean comfortable. Retreat has a very nice deck to sit out on and watch the Suwannee River flow by so peaceful. Large boat house where we docked our boat. We definitely would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful relaxing place to stay. We hope to return next year. We will bring Sassy with us. Very pet friendly!”
