“Even before we arrived we already had a positive experience from the hotel. We e mailed them prior to our stay to ask about transport links from Pula airport and they arranged a Taxi for us from the airport (they did tell us how to get there via Public Transport we just opted for the taxi route to the hotel). Our room was lovely, great size and cleaned very regularly with facilities like a Safe and Room Service very easy to use. Food was lovely and the staff were always helpful and very polite.……

“Weather was excellent throughout the duration of our stay, the hotel itself is in an excellent location & the facilities are fantastic. Our kids loved using the indoor pool due to the outdoor pool being out of season but it didn’t dampen their spirits. Kids club was great fun for the kids & having the media room was a godsend as it kept the kids quiet for a few hours whilst we were over in the main hotel making use of the facilities & bar. “The hotel was actually closed but the people at Valamar had transferred me to the 4* Diamant hotel, which was nice. I enjoyed my stay even though i didnt use the restaurant in the evening. Breakfast was great as usual with Valamar.”
