"Property whilst on the road was in a quiet location. Rooms had fun rickity stairs to loft for additional beds - no handrails. No lifts to rooms ( important if not particularly mobile). We booked dinner but didn’t get to eat for 1hr30, mixed reviews on food- my vegetarian was delicious, my daughters fish & chips was cold on the inside. The staff were lovely and it was a good price. Breakfast was better than I expected for Continental. Bed was firm but I slept well. "

"The rooms need an upgrade, carpet is dirty and walls need paint. You can hear your neighbors. I reported an incident with unfriendly staff at the breakfast buffet. The manager handled it professionally but it left us with a bad experience, we checked out early and we won't return. "

"We stayed in the wikkelhouse. It was situated in the trees with a view of a field of cows. The trees could be cut a little further down yo give more view. We liked the house, but we lacked a place to put our suitcases. They couln't fit under the bed and the space was limited, so we often had to move them. Our children slept in a bunk bed, and while there was a safety railing on the top one, there was nothing on the buttom one, which was open until both sides. We liked that there was a little...

"This was a very disappointing experience and for the first time ever, we checked out 2 days early. The 'hotel' sends an email prior to arrival stating what facilities are in the room. This email is generic and most of the facilities did not apply to the room we had booked. This email can be considered as quite misleading. We were given room 93 which is upstairs using a very steep and uncovered staircase. This room will be completely unsuitable for anyone with slight mobility issues. ...
