Hot water to shower which many places in Tonga does not have. Air conditioning in the rooms. Own parking spot and lock up gate. You feel more safe because the neighbours dog looks out for you and the property so anyone that does comes onto the property they will bark, they are friendly. Internet and Tv. Rather stay here than Tanoa...
