We loved everything! When we arrived it was peak check-in time but the front desk staff were plentiful and checked everyone in quickly, which was impressive! Super friendly and attentive staff throughout the hotel (bar, restaurant, housekeeping and as mentioned front desk staff). The room (jr suite) was decorated tastefully and the sound system was a nice surprise old school tube and horn system!

"Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were excellent and the hotel shuttle was especially beneficial. The only recommendation I would offer is to have coffee mugs and ice and water dispensers in the rooms or at least on each floor."

"The whole end of the room was the bed so you had to climb up it… but that wasn’t bad, just odd. The breakfast is really good and the hotel is in a great location for all the sites, and transport to Osaka"
