Hotel is not air-conditioned. Unfortunately my stay coincided with a heat wave. I was able to move to a room on the cooler side of the building. Leaving the window open was precluded by street noise.

My stay was really nice, the check in reception staff member was friendly nice and professional. My requests was answered quickly. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was simple but delicious, so a little more varity can help it to become from good to great. The only inconvenience is I would say the area of the hotel is a little far from public transport aproximatly 15 min walk. Other then that well done to the teams in reception, cleaning, catering and the management.

We arrived at night, and was a bit confused where to get the keys but when we found the reception in the hotel a bit further up the street we got amazing service from the guy working in the restaurant there. I did not like that breakfast has an additional fee of $20. We ended up at the bakery down the street. The rest was ok. The location is great and so are the wellness offers. A little confusing as they are all over the property.
