“Great clean home and close to epic central. ”

“The room was well located and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants which was wonderful! Unfortunately the linens and towels were dirty- very apparent they had not been washed prior to us arriving. Shower curtain was growing mold at bottom, shower towel soiled and sheets had hair in them. While insects can come in, I have also let owner know that cockroaches were in bathroom. I do not leave negative reviews because I know it can affect future business but had I known, I would have……

“Second time staying in the building. Nice place. Everything as expected. As close as you can get to Bishop Arts District and handy to downtown and freeway access. On-site parking very helpful (there’s not much in the area). Environment is safe though I wouldn’t wander blocks away at night. Only down is that Saturday night was loud and rowdy til 2 am.”

“Everything was clean and lovely. I was looking for an uninterrupted quiet time of reflection, and that was exactly what I found. Everything I might possibly need plus more. Parking was easy, right outside the gate in front of the cottage. Jill was quite welcoming and attentive to what I might need. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Check in was easy. Communication was easy. It's a quiet area, so probably no true concern for break ins, but only thing to suggest- the front door needs to be adjusted. The double door is nice, but the one side barely latches. Kitchen was well equipped with all needs. Small dorm fridge can be used. Extra blankets in closet and iron with board. Water pressure in the shower, and also sinks was pretty low. Heads up. Great location close to all amenities. Most we traveled for anything was 15 mins.……

“This townhome is beautifully updated. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. There's a great little coffee shop in easy walking distance from the townhome and plenty of green spaces nearby to walk our dog. We never felt unsafe in the neighborhood. Our 2 rental cars fit in the garage with some maneuvering around the garbage bins outside. Future renters should know that although there is a bedroom on the first floor of the unit, there is NO……
