Awful experience. Dirty room, poor service, besides that, the hotel staff said we can send any bad comments on the internet if I want, and did not solve my problem.

Excellent staff, very welcoming. Mary greeted me upon arrival at the airport, gave a tour of downtown before going to the hotel. Also took me back to the airport at the end of the visit. Great experience.
