I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Rio Guayas! The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel truly welcome. One of the highlights was the stunning river view from the restaurant absolutely unforgettable. The hotel feels luxurious, with beautiful artwork and elegant decor throughout. Everything was great from start to finish. The room was well equipped, the beds were firm but comfortable. The pillows were probably some of the best I've ever had at a hotel. The breakfast was fabulous! Eggs made to order, fresh fruit, fruit juice, hot chocolate, coffee, bread with butter and cheese. Very good and filling. All of the staff were awesome and a special thanks to Andres (I apologize if I've misspelled his name), who gave us great tips on how to see the attractions we were interested in.
