"It was a nice property and clean and in order. I would have like to have known up front that there is no available parking and that there was a daily charge to use what was available. I had a difficult time finding the room (my kids and walked all around the building at the end of a long day of travel) and was sent to the wrong room by one of the customer service agents when I called their helpline. The agent who was the MOST HELPFUL WITH THE PROCESS AND WHO MADE THE DIFFERENCE FOR US STAYING after our frustrating check-in process and finding the room was MAE! She deserves some HUGE KUDOS. Had she not helped the way she did I was ready to cancel the room and find a new place to stay. All that said Sonder was clean, well kept and secure. I was comfortable staying there with my kids. If I have to choose to stay in Denver again I will keep Sonder on my list."

The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, and even on the 2nd floor was quiet! I returned two nights later and had a beautiful suite - plus the hotel is much more affordably priced than others in the area of Union Station, which makes it convenient to get to DIA and to other cities by public transit."

"I liked the yoga corner. I am 50 with back issues and that was a brilliant experience. Just having a roller was wonderful with the yoga mat but the additional bands were so great. Very clean and super nice employees. Tucked away and around the corner by car lots of food and Target!"
