THE SPACE: Moon Tide was designed by a local architect to be the perfect beach house for large families, extended families, or multiple families. There are plenty of areas for groups to collect or separate as desired. The home consists of 5bdr, 5.5bth, 2 common areas, 1 loft, a covered porch, sun deck, & an open concept kitchen.

THE LOCATION: Moon Tide is the northernmost beachfront house on Edisto and has one of the best views on the island, particularly towards Botany Bay. It is close to several restaurants, the island grocery store, and local service station. It is also within close walking distance of several shops.

IMPORTANT:

LINENS: The master suites are fully made up for your arrival. Bundled linens are provided for bunks and sofa beds unless otherwise requested.

GOLF CARTS: Per the Edisto Beach Police Dept, due to this home's location on Palmetto Blvd, golf cart(s) cannot be driven to or from this property.

TURTLES: If you're staying between May 1 - Oct 31, help our sea turtles have a safe, successful nesting season by closing drapes/blinds in the evening on windows visible from the beach. Doing so will help you avoid a steep fine from the Town of Edisto.

EVENTS: We allow family celebrations that do not exceed house occupancy (18). Please respect Edisto's quiet hours (10pm-7am) and note that post-event cleanup is mandatory. Failure to do so will result in additional cleaning fees.
