“Room was nice and check in was smooth, very helpful staff but television in room only played the Marriott advertisement on a loop. No channels, Netflix was non-functional. Staff attempted to help and mentioned that the televisions not working is a common problem at this hotel and added that they are discouraged by management from moving customers to new rooms when television does not work. They were unable to get the television to work. As a solution we were offered another room with a smaller……

“We were only going to be in the Raleigh area for 1 night & chose this hotel because it had very good reviews (especially compared to other hotels @ similar prices in the area). It looked like it was actually built in the last few years, so everything was new & it wasn’t run down like many others I had looked at. The staff (both that we interacted with) were very nice & very helpful. The beds were comfortable. They full kitchen was a bonus. And there was a tv with apps already available making it……
