This elegant 78 m² apartment blends comfort, light, and modern design—perfect for up to 4 guests. Located on the 4th floor, it features two queen-sized bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living area, and a private balcony—ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks.

After completing it, using the same link, you will have access to your Guest Area, where you’ll find all the relevant information regarding your stay and the apartment. Just a short 5-minute walk away, you'll find the iconic Rockhal, Luxembourg's premier music venue, where concerts by world-class artists frequently take place. For art and history enthusiasts, the Metropolis – LUCA School of Arts and the Red Bridge are within easy walking distance, offering stunning architecture and a glimpse into the region’s industrial past.



The area is also home to several popular dining spots. The nearby Belval Plaza shopping center, about a 10-minute stroll from your stay, features a variety of international restaurants, cafes, and shops, including local favorites like Le Pain Quotidien for breakfast and La Table du Marché for a delightful lunch or dinner experience.

Getting Around:

The closest international airport is Luxembourg Airport (LUX), located approximately 25 kilometers northeast of Esch-sur-Alzette, which is about a 30-minute drive depending on traffic.



Public transportation in Luxembourg is completely free, providing an easy and cost-effective way to explore the city and its surroundings. Just a short walk from your accommodation, you’ll find a bus stop on Av. du Rock'n'Roll with regular services to various parts of Esch-sur-Alzette and beyond. Additionally, Esch-sur-Alzette’s train station is within close proximity, offering convenient connections to other major cities in Luxembourg as well as neighboring countries. Whether by bus or train, getting around has never been easier!

We’re excited to have you staying with us and want to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Our apartment is thoughtfully equipped for your stay—Smart TV, bed linens, and bath towels are all provided at no extra cost. We also welcome long-term stays, making it an ideal home base for remote workers and business travelers. To help maintain a safe, respectful, and pleasant environment for all guests and neighbors, please take a moment to review and follow the house guidelines below:



1. ID Requirement: Please provide a government-issued ID for all guests above 18 during the online check-in process.



2. Check-In/Check-Out: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. To ensure a smooth experience, check-in is from 3 PM onward, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.



3. Guest Limit: Only those listed in your reservation are permitted on the premises of the property. No visitors or unregistered individuals should have access to the property.



4. Residential Use Only: The property is intended for private residential use by registered guests only. If your stay involves additional guests beyond your reservation, we cannot be responsible for privacy concerns.



5. Respect the Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Parties, events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Loud music after 10 PM is not allowed.



6. No Smoking: Please use designated smoking areas. Smoking tobacco or any recreational drugs inside the building is strictly forbidden. A €500 penalty will apply for non-compliance.



7. Furniture and Structures: Refrain from moving furniture or setting up tents or other structures. A €300 cleaning fee will apply for any stains or any items that are taken or damaged.



8. Departure: When leaving, please turn off all lights and heating, place your key badge in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and dispose of any leftover items to avoid a €200 cleaning fee.



9. Liability: Please note that we are not liable for issues managed by third-party entities.



10. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning incurred during their stay.



11. Support Liability: As a self-check-in property without a reception, we will not assume liability for check-in problems if guests are uncooperative with troubleshooting. In-person assistance is unavailable from 5 PM to 9 AM, including weekends and holidays.



12. On-Site Visits: We offer 24/7 remote support for any issues that may arise. On-site visits are subject to availability during weekday hours (9 AM to 5 PM) after internal decision. If a guest requests an on-site visit after remote troubleshooting and no issue is found, the guest will be liable for all associated costs.



13. Compliance: It’s essential to comply with all house guidelines. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund.
