"Upon arrival, check in was very pleasant and efficient. Room was clean, spacious and the king bed was comfortable. The staff was great at registration, Lumber Jack’s saloon and throughout the hotel. The pool (indoor with swim out to outdoor) and hot tub were both very nice. The outdoor lounge area for the pool and Lumber Jack’s were both nice. The breakfast was very good in a well presented and clean environment."

"The sofa bed was not in good shape. The bed was really sloped downard. It was so bad, we could not use it. I complained to the night clerk, and she just stared at me. I told her it was not worth the extra $45 I spent for the room, since the bed was unusable."

"The Charmant Hotel was amazing. We had an incredible stay. I’ve always wanted to stay at this hotel and finally got to stay there. We were greeted upon arrival with the choice of a handmade chocolate for each of us and then we went up to our room. It was beautifully furnished and had a gorgeous view of the Mississippi river. We would definitely stay here again."

"Very cute little room. Desk front gentleman was very polite and friendly. The room was great-big clean bed with plenty of linen and comfortable pillows. All the shampoo and soap provided. Coffee maker, nice little refrigerator. The air conditioner worked great. There was a big TV with plenty of channels. Safe area and a nearby Drug store and Starbucks. Very lovely park right around the block. Great price. I slept well. It was quiet and noise at night was low from the street."

"The room was spotless. The breakfast buffet was great. I particularly enjoyed learning about the gizmo that makes pancakes; although, I was assuming there would b a waffle iron. Still, the pancakes were yummy and the appliance novel. Lovely hotel. Oh, one thing: the shower was very slippery. May want to consider retrofitting them through out the hotel w those abrasive-like strips that stick to the floor of the shower. Regardless of age, anyone could slip and fall. Regards"
