"Parking is free and convenient. Staffs are nice to change my room when they heard the room was noisy. What a pity that they couldn’t add a rollaway bed for me! While the other three hotels like holiday inn in Niagara and Business Inn on my stay in Ottawa can add an extra bed for me. Toronto is really big and traffic is always busy. It’s better to live in downtown area if you want to save time."
