“This was a great location with a stunning view from a balcony. Perfect size for one couple. Very convenient to ferry and rail systems. Our host was amazing. The apartment was a nice size for 2 people (not sure more than 3 would work). Lavender Bay is a cute town with great little restaurants. In particular, the Ched Thai was awesome. We walked all over Kirribilli from there, including Luna Park, (Note you will hear faint screaming from Luna Park roller coasters, but it doesn't go late.). I……

“Stunning location - in my opinion Millers Point and The Rocks are the absolute best areas in Sydney! Cultured and chic. Lovely apartment, perfect for our August stay (I don’t think there is any air conditioning if you are planning a stay in warmer weather). Host is great with communication. Highly recommended. ”

“Good location, nice views overlooking the harbour, bright and airy. Welcome package was a nice touch. Nothing in the description mentions the amount of stairs (you need to go down two flights to get to the outside of the building, then up three flights to get to the unit), which is not ideal with luggage. Had a problem with the FOXTEL not working…messaged the manager, but got no reply. Bifold door for bathroom did not have an inside handle, meaning you could not close door without getting……

“Great location, convenient to town centre, North Sydney, Metro, and CBD. Some attention to detail and maintenance needed. Limited ventilation and poor exhaust in bathroom, opening window difficult. A cupboard had a full (cold) cup of coffee in it missed by cleaners. Heating not working and details inaccurate on inventory. Great unit and wouldn't take much for an improved guest experience. ”

“Nicely appointed, spacious and comfortable. Conveniently located to the Kirribbilli ferry and a train station. Plan to walk 5-10 minutes on somewhat hilly terrain sidewalks to reach them. Great view of the Harbor Bridge. We cooked several times and had everything we needed to do so. Great communication with the leasing company. I would stay here again. ”

“The location is amazing! Great views of the bridge, opera house and harbour from all the amazing windows in the unit. Walkable to many great restaurants with a great upscale neighbourhood feel. The ferry dock into Circle Quay is a one minute walk from the building entrance.”
