“Upgraded to a two room apartment with two bathrooms and well furnished kitchen on third floor. The heater and guest bathroom had problems the first night of our stay. The 24hr reception was able to fix it the second day. The kitchen was well equipped with 4pots and knives were actually sharp! 5min walk to Gloucester station. Two nearby supermarkets to stock up! ”

“Check in process was poorly communicated. They use a contactless system with very poor support stating that they were having techniqual problems. This is the 2nd and last time I will use pass the key system as it leaves the client with 0 support. Both times I had problems getting information on how to check in. This isnt good enough.”

“Great room and facilities in a convenient location to two tube stations and a vibrant Wetherspoons pub and loads of restaurants and cafes. The bed was comfortable, and kitchen facilities were good. The shower/toilet room is on the small size and could be tricky for larger people. There can be a bit of noise outside at times (eg rubbish bin pickup next door in the wee hours) but thats usually not for long and should not detract from the great roomy accommodation.
