“The balcony with ocean view provided only one chair. We could not sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. The room its self was ok, dated but fine. There is no kitchen just a small refrigerator and coffee pot.
The grounds are fantastic, but you will be charged the fees for using the resort. We booked via Expedia so we missed it but was not explained to us at check in.”

“This was a very nice, quiet, and private place to stay. Clean and comfortable, it was in an excellent location for walking to the beach and riding bikes along the greenway and into historic Fernadina Beach. It was very easy to communicate with the host and the entire experience was very positive. We did not use the pool or tennis courts but they were a nice option. Thanks for a great stay!”

“The place was cute, clean & well appointed. The kitchen & coffee bar are fully stocked (bring your own half & half). Jackie the host was fantastic & answered all my questions promptly & with an upbeat attitude. Parking right out front. I never could find the trash bin "behind the building" so I took my trash home with me. I walked to fun restaurants & bars with ease.”

“What impressed me the most about this trip was the communications from the owner. I am 100% combat disabled and have a service animal... Peter was EXCELLENT about communicating with us and making sure we were well cared for, from start to finish. He was kind and caring and attended our needs. Everything was exactly the way it was described in the listing. The backyard was under construction, so we didn't get a chance to use the pool, but that was fine!
