"Lovely country pub, spacious clean room with lovely big bathroom, really comfortable bed.Had a lovely evening meal, the waitress was really helpful and got our order in quickly after giving us the heads up that there were a lot of large parties in that evening and ordering promptly would be beneficial, food was amazing and good value. Breakfast the next morning was a wide choice and the hosts at the property were brilliant.Would definitely stay again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others."

"The amenities in the room are excellent with lovely bath products and a well stacked tea/coffee tray which includes illy coffee- my favourite. The food is very good ‘pub grub’ with an excellent wine list. Large outside sitting spaces to enjoy the best of the British weather and cozy indoor spaces if the weather is not the best."

"Stayed here for 2 nights and will definitely stay again! The rooms were nice and cosy, great food options, quiet location, friendly staff and only a few minutes drive from car parks to walk in the New forest. Highly recommend"

"The hotel is incredible and the staff to match. Food is good quality although service can be poor at times. Certainly recommend staying, as this hotel is very relaxed with pets (dogs) allowed to stay."
