“We had a great stay at this property in March/April 2026 with our elementary aged kids and dog. The neighborhood is nice and quiet but conveniently located to hop on the interstate to the zoo or downtown. Also we found plenty of restaurants and stores nearby and enjoyed Prehistoric Putt. The house is nice and very spacious, and the kitchen is quite well-appointed. We appreciated the 2 separate living spaces in the living room and basement. “It was perfect! The room was the perfect size for me,my sister and our 3 kids. I think the most important thing to note is the hotel staff were so kind and didn't make me feel like an inconvenience when asking for extra items for our room. Most relaxing hotel/condo stay I've ever had as far as the staff goes. We walked everywhere the first night. Dinner at spins was amazing! Outdoor seating and happy hour.
