"We booked are room in February and stayed at property in April and booked two queen beds a concert was in town so the property gave all are queen beds away so we ended having to stay in king bed"

"The biggest issue with this hotel is that there is no elevator. Interior room door with no elevator is really just unheard of. It never occurred to me to ask. They gave rolling carts to get your luggage in. Why? Just for first floor use I guess. We purchased the suite-the most expensive room they have. It has a jacuzzi tub. We were allowed two extra towels. We were allowed 4 bath towels total on a $250 a night room. The pool closed at 9pm. It’s an indoor pool right by the lobby. Why close it so early? It would have been nice to swim after dinner but unless you eat at 5pm on a Saturday night you won’t get to. It was dated but decently clean. For the money, I expected better."
