The only minor downside was the exterior; there isn’t much curb appeal, and the downstairs neighbors’ landscaping and hot tub area could use a little attention. “This cabin is in a great location….. close to Red Rocks, tons of hiking, food & shopping! The bedrooms are large & comfortable! Towels & linens are great quality. We enjoyed wine by the creek, watching deer from the hot tub & breakfast on the front deck. This cabin is stocked with all the essential’s plus more!!! “The listing said sleeps six this property had one king size bed, a queen air mattress, never received the cots. Little to no privacy as we kept getting visited by host family was nice but not needed as we are there to get away. I have been to multiple places and by far this property was the least private. If it was only two people then yes. But I had four kids and two adults which this property is not worth it.”

We struggled to get to the main parking next to the cabin and needed to park a little lower by another dwelling which was fine. Just a heads up.
