“A magical place in beautiful setting with unbelievable views. Lovely, charming staff and managers made everything easy and enjoyable. “The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is modern and clean as displayed in the picture. A bit of issue is that the parking outside is very limited (open for holiday inn guests) despite we’ve paid for the parking (NZ$15/night) the parking is always full and we need to go in to reception desk to ask the stuff to open the basement and use the staff parking over there. I believe the hotel should control the number of parking permits issued to guests so to make sure this won’t happen……

“House keeping did a wonderful job, room was cleaned and tidy which made our stay really comfortable. However the water temperature for shower was not hot enough. Will be just warm if taking a bath. That’s the only downside need to be improved. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. thank you!”
