"By far one of my most favorite vacation homes we have stayed at! Everything was absolutely perfect for a relaxing getaway. The inside of the house is stunning, comfortable, and well stocked with everything needed to enjoy time with family and friends. The outside is even more spectacular —- that you can enjoy all the time thanks to the floor to ceiling windows/doors! Beautiful setting, close to the water (the water was very low when we visited) that included plenty of comfortable seating, string lights for night time enjoyment, etc. I would recommend that future visitors bring a load of groceries with them (including spices) since the drive to Maynardville is about 25-30 minutes. We definitely recommend this house for anyone looking for a luxurious vacation home that provides everything needed for a relaxing getaway. "

"We were in Maynardville for the funeral of our family matriarch -- this house was absolutely amazing! Everyone was in awe of the home, the decor, the view, the whole experience! Several were checking tags on sheets and blankets and bedding so they could mimic it when they got back to their own homes! Loved the stay -- it made a very sad time a much more enjoyable time spent with beloved family who came from near and far."

"Great location. We had another VRBO house with more family, and this house was close in proximity. The hot water did not work the first day, needed to get into garage to reset but Vacasa did not give access to the garage for renters. We had to call the local rental agency, and they sent someone out. But, we had a wedding and a few of us had to go to the other rental house to shower. It was not convenient."

"House is modern and very well stocked. Beautoful lake view. Yard leading to lake is a gentle slope. Dock was not functional (there was a disclamer in the listing that it could be affected by water levels), however what made it especially disappointing was that all the neighbors had their docks pulled out to make them functional. Luckily the renters next door let us use their dock. "
