Worst hotel experience in a long time... The remote didnt change channels or adjust volume, only TV on/off. Lamps in my bedroom (beside reading lamps) were LED but emitted very uncomfortable cold, bluish white light. Not comforting and the other rooms in my group had normal, warm color temp lights. The thermostat was wonky and doesnt let you keep the fan on or set fan speed in either heat or cool mode and I need constant fan noise to sleep. Bathroom was ok besides the tub/shower which was HORRIBLE. The tub is outdated, unusually sloped and EXTREMELY slippery. I'm a 23yr old fit male, but I slipped at least 3-4 times in the tub. The last time I slipped completely and smashed my head on the (extremely poorly placed towel rack), have had neck pain since yest morning when I checked out but luckily didnt break it or anything. The water pressure fluctuated constantly which was annoying. But the worst of all was the breakfast. Grabbed a glass of juice and sat down (before eating anything) and immediately was approached by waitress asking if I got the bill yet. I said "just getting oatmeal and juice, cont. Isnt free?" She said no and brought a bill, (before eating still) for 4.50 for "cold breakfast", selection for cold and even the made to order was terrible and of poor quality, and they really have to nickel and dime you for it? Ive had better room quality, service, and food (selection and free) at a $70/ngt Holiday Inn. Never staying here (or any Hilton hotel) EVER again. Just bad
