“Though this is a chained hotel, the quality of this hotel is not as good as it claimed and rated. Room is old and outdated. Overall, the receptionist is in good attitude but didn't tell us the proper Wifi password until we faced difficulty and asked again.”

The front desk wasn't so useful if you needed help with transportation or local activities, and there were issues finding the hotel location with GPS and local ride services (there is a sign on the main road but the actual hotel is a ways back on a side road).”

Additionally, I was disappointed to find expired cream sachets in the room. Moreover, there was an inconvenience as I had to request towels during my stay. I hope these issues can be addressed to enhance the guest experience in the future.”
