“We really enjoyed the location. We could walk to the Grainary Coffee and Bakery Shop. The Hayden Museum was also within walking distance. We would walk aroun town after dinner when it was cooler. Love the small town locals and friendliness. Lots of history. Craig and Steamboat Springs are a short distance away. Since it was hot out, the AC in the rental was wonderful!”

The basics were very clean in our room, but there was a lot of dirt or food debris on the wall in a few spots, the bathroom and the window shades. It would have been a great spot to bring dogs and the front desk folks were so nice. Overall not a bad experience, just a little worse for wear of what I expected based on photos.”

“Check in was easy, location of apartment was good. A few major things need serious updating to be a 5 star. Paint was very rundown- especially in the bathroom- bathroom ceiling needs a deep cleaning. To be honest, this was more of a 3.5 stars. Bed/mattress and sheets were very concerning. Polyester sheets made sleeping extremely hot, mattress was the worst I’ve slept on in memory. So soft that me and my partner basically sank into a hole in the middle every night.
