"Cabin had mostly all pros and just a few cons. Beds were cozy, living area had plenty of cozy seating, back deck is closer to river than photos showed which was a plus. The cabin overall was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The only thing that would have made it better would be to have a powder room in 2nd floor and also to have the fire pit in the back yard by the river. But would definitely stay here again. The cabin is also along a low traffic road which made morning walks very enjoyable. Very nice place to vacation!"

"We had an issue when we first arrived at Carson Cabin but Chris was prompt and generous at making sure we had what we needed. Such a gracious host. This Red River stay was our best so far. A clean efficient cabin with no excessive clutter. The deck was our favorite but the fireplace and fire pit were close behind. We spent most of the week just enjoying the view. "

"Our family of 9 had plenty of room in this beautiful mountain cabin. The kitchen is one of the best stocked properties we’ve stayed at, which made it very easy on us to cook for our group. The whole house was very clean and well put together. There were plenty of beds and room for the kids to spread out in the evenings. The 3 bathrooms made the stay enjoyable as we weren’t fighting for bathroom space, and there were plenty of good quality towels. The kids spent time in the hot tub every night but one, which was a good wind down time for the parents. The fire pit was nice for a fire in the evenings. The outdoor table and chairs on the deck was perfect for sitting outside; it would be really nice if that was covered to sit outside when it’s raining, but that’s definitely not a deal breaker. The water pressure and temperature was really good too, which isn’t always the case in the mountains. The only downside was the steepness of the drive with our trailers. We would definitely stay in this property again, but would probably drop our trailers in town. We absolutely recommend this property and will look to stay here again. "
