We booked the penthouse with 6br/5ba and had more than enough space for all of us with two large living areas. Noise from other guest wasn’t an issue and we parked right outside the front on the street with no problems! Didn’t use pool/hot tube but would definitely consider in the summer months, the courthouse area looked so cute!! "
