“The location is great, but our experience was disappointing. It was around 11pm when we checked in and the heater in our tent wasn’t working. With temperatures near freezing, we had to wait over an hour for the maintenance team to arrive and provide an additional heater. Unfortunately, this delay made the night quite uncomfortable and affected our overall experience.”

“Breakfast was advertised but when we got there, they said that they no longer provide breakfast. The area has no service at all, so, for communication you have to drive back into town. Our tent zipper was broken, both the outside and inside zippers were broken, so the doors did not stay fully closed. The yurts were super cute! Once we had service, communication with the host was amazing and he was extremely sweet and helpful!!! ”

“Very cute, beautiful and clean! My mom, sister and I were visiting from California and wanted to go up to Zion. I booked it very last minute and it turned out to be exactly what we needed. Host was incredibly kind and flexible. I loved my experience and will definitely visit again. There was a Tesla charger as well!
My only recommendations for improvement: the water in the shower turned intermittently hot and cold. Also if the check in instructions could be emailed as soon as possible that……

“I had a wonderful experience staying at Grandpa’s Cabin. The environment here is absolutely beautiful—quiet, comfortable, and incredibly relaxing. From the moment I arrived, I could feel how warm and welcoming everyone was.
